Terms of Use
By using iD_Sign, you agree to use the service lawfully and only for documents you have the right to send. You must not use iD_Sign to forge signatures, misrepresent identities, or engage in fraudulent activity.
iD_Sign is provided as-is for electronic signing purposes. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
Acceptable use
- Uploading and sending documents you are authorised to send
- Collecting genuine signatures from consenting parties
- Using the audit trail and certificate as legal evidence
Prohibited use
- Forging or impersonating another person's signature
- Sending unsolicited or fraudulent documents
- Attempting to reverse-engineer or interfere with the service
Privacy Policy
iD_Sign collects only the information necessary to operate the service:
- Account data: name, email, hashed password
- Document data: uploaded PDF files and metadata
- Signing data: signer email, IP address, timestamp, signature image
- Audit data: action logs for every document event
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing. Data is stored on Hostinger servers. You may request deletion of your account and all associated documents by contacting us.
Cookies
iD_Sign uses a single session cookie to keep you logged in. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.
Data retention
Documents and signatures are retained for as long as your account is active. Voided or expired documents are flagged but not automatically deleted, giving you time to download copies.
