Your documents are yours
You retain full ownership of every document you upload to iD_Sign. We do not claim any rights over the content of your files. Your PDFs are stored solely to facilitate the signing process.
Your signatures are yours
The signature images drawn by signers belong to those individuals. iD_Sign stores them only as part of the legally binding signing record.
Our platform
The iD_Sign software, branding, design, and codebase are the intellectual property of Ideoura. You may not copy, redistribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.
Certificate integrity
The signature certificate page appended to your completed PDF is generated and formatted by iD_Sign. Altering this certificate may invalidate the legal standing of the document.
Third-party content
iD_Sign does not review the content of uploaded documents. If you believe a document uploaded to our platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at info@ideoura.com with details of the alleged infringement. We will investigate and take appropriate action.
Trademark
The "iD_Sign" name and logo are trademarks of Ideoura. You may not use them in any way that implies endorsement or affiliation without written permission.
Reporting infringement
To report IP infringement, please email info@ideoura.com with the subject line "IP Infringement Report" and include:
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed
- The document or content in question
- Your contact information
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorised
